Initial Situation
Due to regulatory market changes, customer orientation is becoming a global focus. Market-responsible teams should be supported at the local level so that the transformation from product to customer focus can succeed.
Our Approach
Conception and roll-out of "Agile Experience Design Program" for the CEE & HUB region, which enables local teams to align local marketing and sales activities with new customer expectations: Comprehensive, clearly structured and with high flexibility to adjust to current needs on the go.

Initial Situation
After the development of an initial idea for a payment app as part of the RBI Innovation Garden, the Scan&Go team needed help with user interface and user experience design.
Our Approach
By guiding the team through a Google Design Sprint, with an interdisciplinary team of designers and innovation experts, a prototype was built and tested within 5 days. An inexpensive way to truly test their hypothesis and the desirability of their product before it was being built by developers.

Initial Situation
MAXENERGY aims to establish innovative processes in the People & Culture domain and enhance leadership culture as well as explore new collaboration methods, enabling adaptability, strategic work and ensuring their status as an attractive employer.
Our Approach
We operate through an incremental process across three levels: Organization, Team and Leadership. Starting with current challenges and observations, we craft tailored solutions rooted in systemic thinking, agile, or holacratic approaches. Notable outcomes thus far include the introduction of role-based and agile teams, the development of agile project and goal management, and the creation of an engaging Employee Journey, with a focus on onboarding and inner development.

Initial Situation
Traceless Materials, a company with the vision of a self-organized, flat structure, faced the challenge of guiding its 60+ employees towards role-based working.
Our Approach
We introduced the traceless team to the concept of role-based working and guided them in establishing clear role definitions. The workshop fostered agility and collaboration — crucial values guiding their path to self-organization.

As a futurologist and sociologist, I deal with the question: “How will we live in the future?”. My work consists of making changes in the present visible in order to develop new ideas and concepts for the future.
